∎ A unique opportunity exists for a high calibre and ambitious Operations Manager with a passion for sustainable and ethical manufacturing. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for Production, Procurement, Commercial and Human Resources in a pioneering and growing export-oriented manufacturing company. The successful candidates will rapidly develop their skills and play a key role in the future of the company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Leadership of a team of Executives covering Production, Procurement, Inventory, Commercial, Human Resources activities and Health & Safety to ensure that company goals are achieved.
∎ • Developing the leadership and capacity of the executives and teams they lead.
∎ • Leadership of team meetings across areas of responsibility.
∎ • Oversight of all forecasting, planning, reporting of resources including labour, raw materials, space, machinery etc.
∎ • Overall liaising closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Quality functions to ensure all resources are aligned with production forecasts & plans.
∎ • Problem solving, SOP development, and oversight of Continuous Improvement / Productivity / projects.
∎ • Being part of the company senior operational leadership team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ We are looking for candidates with the following approach to work: Commercial mindset, Transformational (willingness to change and grow and drive this in others); A 'can do' attitude towards solving problems.
