Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate delivery schedules, driver assignments, and route planning to maximize efficiency.
∎ Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate the delivery team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (on-time deliveries, cash deposits, customer satisfaction) and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ Problem Resolution: Address delivery delays, customer complaints, and logistical challenges promptly.
∎ Inventory & Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel logs, and inventory accuracy in coordination with the warehouse team.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
∎ Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver logs, and operational metrics for management review.
∎ Experience: 2+ years in logistics, delivery management, or operations supervision.
∎ Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any government-authorized University.
∎ Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on efficiency.
∎ Communication: Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
∎ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., TMS, GPS tracking), Microsoft Office, and fleet management tools.
