∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Minimum 7–8 years of hands-on experience operating Sidel Blow Moulding Machines is preferred.
∎ Minimum 7–8 years of hands-on experience operating Sidel Blow Moulding Machines is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure smooth, efficient, and target-oriented production.
∎ Perform routine operation and minor maintenance of Plastic Injection Molding Machines.
∎ Operate ancillary equipment such as Chillers and Air Compressors (both Low and High Pressure).
∎ Ensure machine and workplace safety by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazards.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and production records in accordance with company standards.
∎ Troubleshoot minor technical issues and promptly notify the maintenance department of any major breakdowns through proper channels.
∎ Perform proper handover and takeover of the shift, providing all necessary operational updates to the reliever.
∎ Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the production floor.
