∎ HSC or Diploma degree in Science /Engineering or related field.

∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operators and technicians must have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the machines and equipment they work with, including their operation, maintenance, and repair.
∎ Operators and technicians should be proficient in the use of tools and equipment commonly used in the manufacturing of medical devices.
∎ Operators and technicians must be able to identify and diagnose problems with machines and equipment, and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
∎ Operators and technicians should be able to adapt to changes in technology and procedures, and be willing to learn new skills as needed.
∎ Operators and technicians should be able to communicate effectively with other team members and work collaboratively to ensure that production goals are met.
∎ Operators and technicians must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure that production targets are met on schedule.
∎ Operators and technicians must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work with precision and accuracy to ensure that the devices they produce meet high quality standards.
∎ Operators and technicians should be knowledgeable about quality control standards and procedures, and be able to identify and resolve quality issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
∎ Operators and technicians must be familiar with safety protocols and regulations for the medical device industry, including ISO regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5/10 years of experience in a production management role within the medical device industry.
∎ Experience in managing a team and following. production processes and procedures.
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device production.
∎ Expected salary should be mentioned in the application along with designation and salary of current working organization.
