∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OT management, preferably in a reputed hospital.
∎ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of OT instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate all activities in the Operation Theatre.
∎ Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
∎ Monitor and maintain OT equipment, instruments, and supplies.
∎ Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff for smooth OT operations.
∎ Develop and implement OT policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Train and guide OT staff to enhance efficiency and patient safety.
∎ Maintain records and documentation related to OT procedures.
∎ Handle emergency situations and ensure immediate response readiness.
