∎ Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned areas.
∎ Familiarity with recruitment processes and workforce planning is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build partnerships with manpower agencies possessing RL for recruitment collaborations.
∎ Establish connections with training institutes to source skilled candidates.
∎ Visit specific locations where potential candidates are employed based on job requirements.
∎ Engage directly with candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, institutes and candidates.
∎ Present collaboration proposals and negotiate terms effectively.
∎ Conduct research to identify new opportunities for sourcing talent.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment strategies.
∎ Maintain accurate records of partnerships, candidate interactions, and sales activities.
∎ Submit regular progress reports to management.
∎ We are seeking a proactive and driven Outdoor Sales Executive to establish and maintain collaborations with manpower agencies holding Recruitment Licenses (RL), training institutes and other candidate sourcing locations. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential partners and candidates to meet specific job demands.
