Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the seamless day-to-day functioning of the Outlet, ensuring efficiency in all aspects—from product displays to customer service excellence
∎ Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, Mentor, and Manage Outlet staff to ensure they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped with in-depth product knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service. Monitor and manage the sales team’s attendance and leave, providing monthly reports to management
∎ Sales & Performance Management: Drive sales to achieve both volume and revenue targets. Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to consistently meet or exceed Outlet sales goals
∎ Customer Engagement: Foster exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and offering Personalized assistance. Educate customers on watch features, time zone applications, and corporate offerings while ensuring efficient after-sales service
∎ Inventory Control: Manage inventory effectively by monitoring stock levels, placing timely orders, and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand without overstocking
∎ Visual Merchandising: Ensure the Outlet is aesthetically appealing with strategically designed product displays that reflect the brand’s image and attract customer interest
∎ Marketing & Business Development: Build and nurture a strong corporate customer base, identify new market segments, and develop marketing strategies for various watch brands. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, government officials, and other institutions, to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth
∎ Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with company policies, guidelines, and safety standards. Address employee issues, manage grievances, and implement disciplinary procedures as per organizational protocols
∎ Reporting & Performance Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback. Prepare analytical reports for senior management to evaluate Outlet performance and identify areas for improvement
∎ Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other relevant duties assigned by superiors or company management to support business objectives
