∎ Lead Sales Promoter in achieving sales target set by the company.
∎ Ensure that the window, interior and lobby display is in orderly condition to follow company policy and seasonal directives.
∎ Deposit daily intake to safeguard company cash and assets according to policy.
∎ Deliver proper service to customers
∎ Monitor daily administration; maintain standard requirements for staff appearance.
∎ Accounting up-to-date according to Company policy
∎ Growth percentage over last year
∎ Achievement on contribution factor
