Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales target
∎ Ensure good customer service
∎ Proper cash handling
∎ Inventory Management
∎ Guiding and motivating salespeople properly to achieve monthly and daily sales targets
∎ Daily/weekly/monthly report to the management
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and smooth operation of retail outlets.
∎ B2 is a clothing store. The eCommerce site sells men's wear, ladies wear, children's wear, and accessories
∎ Achieve sales target
