Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Lead Identification: Spearhead the identification and research of potential client leads in the education sector, focusing on cultivating productive partnerships.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current clients and potential partners through regular communications via email, phone, and video conferencing.
∎ Client Support: Offer prompt and efficient support to clients, resolving inquiries and providing essential information as needed.
∎ Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise potent strategies that bolster business growth and customer satisfaction.
∎ Record Maintenance: Keep meticulous records of client interactions and monitor progress continuously, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and surpass individual and team sales targets, thereby contributing positively to the team's overarching goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 16 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
∎ Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills with the knack for building and nurturing client relationships.
∎ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time judiciously.
∎ A solid grasp of client support protocols and lead-generation strategies.
∎ Comfortable utilizing various communication channels including email, phone, and video conferencing for business interactions.
∎ A results-driven personality with a goal-oriented approach to work.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
