∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain the Chairman's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
∎ Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
∎ Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
∎ Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, following up on pending matters.
∎ Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
∎ Conduct research and gather information as required for the Chairman.
∎ Maintain an organized filing system and ensure documents are easily accessible.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
∎ Draft official letters, memos, and documents for internal and external use.
∎ Liaise with government offices and officials as required.
∎ Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Chairman

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Active about all of Officeworks.
∎ Must be capable Bangla Typing in Bijoy.

Salary: Negotiable
