Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Assistant, Personal Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out specific projects and research from time to time.
∎ Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the MD.
∎ Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
∎ Compile different reports, Business presentation, summarize and submit to MD as required.
∎ Performing other duties consistent with the level of this position and as advised
∎ Organizing inter-departmental meetings of MD with department heads.
∎ To perform any other task, assign by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic and Pious and must offer his payers in time.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good command over English proficiency.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office especially excel application.

Salary: Negotiable
