∎ 2+ Years of Experience in paid ads, social media management, or related marketing roles.
∎ Proven expertise creating and managing paid ad campaigns across platforms.
∎ Advanced proficiency with Canva for producing high-impact creatives.
∎ Functional knowledge of Google Analytics for campaign analysis and optimization.
∎ Exceptional writing and editing skills in Australian/British English, ensuring content quality and adherence to brand style.
∎ Good communication skills with the team and confidence to speak up and ask questions.
∎ Experience with Google Analytics tracking setup and Google Tag Manager.
∎ Data analysis and research expertise to refine marketing strategies.
∎ Basic knowledge of WordPress for occasional content updates.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will review Facebook Ad Accounts, and Google Ad Accounts using your experience and (provided) professional tools to suggest improvements to the senior executives. Ideally, when you’ve proven your skills, and learned our approach, we’d like to step you up to managing your own accounts.
∎ Strategically manage and optimise campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
∎ Continuously analyse performance and implement improvements to deliver superior ROI.
∎ Report actionable insights and deliver data-driven recommendations
∎ Posting creative and exciting content for us and our clients across the following platforms:-TikTokFacebook/InstagramLinkedInTwitter/X

∎ You will work with our existing team member who will handover their workload.
∎ Develop, plan, and schedule engaging, on-brand organic content tailored to each platform.
∎ Create visually appealing media (graphics, videos) using Canva that grabs attention and drives engagement.
∎ Monitor engagement metrics and adapt strategies to improve and report on performance over time.
∎ Craft compelling, error-free content in Australian/British English to resonate with audiences and amplify brand messages.
∎ Maintain consistent tone and style in all marketing and social media materials.
∎ Use Google Analytics to track campaign success and identify opportunities for optimisation.
∎ Test and analyse results regularly to refine marketing strategies.
