Job Responsibilities:
∎ The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
∎ Maintain highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the pastry kitchen
∎ Ensures that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage
∎ Guarantees consistency in quality, presentation and taste
∎ Pastry menu engineering
∎ Training of the other pastry staff members
∎ Coordinates with Executive Chef and F&B Manager to organize AEEA events and food festivals
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as instructed by his superiors

∎ Club, Coffee Shop, Hotel, Resort
∎ Additional Requirements

∎ Employees who worked in a reputed bakery and pastry company will get a priority
∎ Minimum 5 year experience in similar job
