∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): health care, Lab and Diagnostics
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs.
∎ Provide information and guidance on healthcare services, appointments, and treatment plans.
∎ Facilitate effective communication between Patient and the healthcare team,ensuring that Patients goals and concerns are conveyed.
∎ Coordinate Patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up care.
∎ Conduct initial assessments of patient health and needs, capturing relevant information for healthcare providers.
∎ Address patient concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, assessments, and feedback.
∎ Generate reports on patient satisfaction, engagement, and overall experiences.
∎ Ensure that all patient interactions adhere to ethical standards and privacy regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have mindset of doing roster duty.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
