• HSC

• Age 18 to 25 years

• Good Interpersonal & Communication skills.

• Must have good typing speed, both in English and Bangla.

Bangladesh Eye Hospital & Institute Ltd., Dhanmondi and Banani Branches, is looking for a few Patient Relationship Officers to ensure quality patient service and support smooth hospital operations.

Office Time: 8:00AM to 3:00PM or 3:00PM to 10:00PM

(Roster based shifting duty)

Job Responsibilities

• Help patients to avail services.

• Give right information to the patients.

• Maintaining serial to the patient`s file properly.

• Give the highest attention to the patients.

• Assist in Doctors chamber.

• Help patients to understand the prescription and power card.

• Assist in counseling.

• Keep yourself an honest and trustworthy.

• Maintains positive attitude and need to have cooperation with others colleague, self-motivation, courtesy, and professionalism.

• Employment Status Part-time (Roster Duty)
