∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pattern making and Marker Making in CAD (WINDA Software)
∎ To be able to prepare pattern from a given design/model.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum use of fabric.
∎ Plotting patterns (for sample room requirements), subsequently preparing markers for cutting and sampling within time frame to facilitate the sample and cutting processes.
∎ Adhering to buyer's compliance and any other international standards adopted by the company.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Require to Develop the sample as per buyer's requirement
∎ Regular follow up with sampling, proto sample, size sets, fit samples and production samples.
∎ Regular follow up of production.
∎ Manage Monthly Sample Reports/ Stock Reports.
∎ Coordinating with merchandising dept. for Test Samples and products not in stock.
∎ Manage Sample Orders.
∎ Management & replenishment of Sample Stock library.
∎ Proven pattern making skill for woven top
∎ Reporting to Department Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 43 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in CAD Pattern Making
Salary: Negotiable
