Job Responsibilities:
∎ Received sample request from Merchandisers/Buyer.
∎ Responsible pattern maker for buyer H&M.
∎ Review sample tag pack, if found any discrepancies like buyer pattern, skech & m-chart to share with related manager and communicate to buyer for solve.
∎ Prepare the pattern Design, grading & print marker.
∎ After cut pattern, to check all information are correct or missing like cut mark, embellishment position, measurement, parts etc.
∎ Ensure on time sample pattern delivery as per plan.
∎ Maintain sample approval hit rate based on target.
∎ Ensure own KPI and to get the achicve departmental goal as well as FFL goal.
∎ Review and make revise patterns when received the sample comments.
∎ If critical process/operation, make a another option mock up for bulk friendly and share with related manager and get back to buyer for approval.
∎ Ensure print and embroidery grading and position for sample and production.
∎ Analyse pattern efficiency to reduce the costs.
∎ Maintain buyer wise pattern record (Hard/soft) & TP/comments file.
∎ Provide the sample pattern to bulk cad for bulk production fabrics booking.
∎ Prepare measurement chart for buyer approval.
∎ Coordinate with sample manager/Merchandiser for sample specification issues & buyer clarification.
∎ Provide Pattern related technical support to subordinates.
∎ Ensure that additional parts mark/position on pattern like chest pocket, kangarro pocket, back moon, facing, any patch & etc.
∎ After check the grading pattern according to final approval comments with spec then provide the grading pattern to bulk cad for production.
∎ Attend factory Pre-Production meeting and provide to past history about any operation/workmanship comments to avoid buyer claim.
∎ Ensure floor housekeeping & PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage & related compliance issues.
