Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, implement and evaluate classroom programs that Aim to meet the individual needs of each Child, whether physical, mental, social or spiritual. Also reflect the aims of the School modified English National curriculum.
∎ Work in partnership with the Sports coordinator and PE assistants for PE classes and sports practices at all campuses as required.
∎ Help supervise at weekend sports tournaments.
∎ Work cooperatively in a team spirit and support other staff members.
∎ Meet regularly with the PE department to plan and prepare for sports practices and events.
∎ Plan time carefully so as to give full attention to the children in class and play time (preparation of activities is not to be done while the children are in school unless specifically directed by the teacher).
∎ Maintain a cheerful and positive approach toward the children and adhere to the Grace Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy.
∎ Demonstrate care and concern for children's welfare and assist in providing a happy and secure school environment.
∎ The PE teacher is responsible for all disciplinary matters with the children in the class.
∎ Encourage children to strive for their personal best in achievement and behaviour in all school activities.
∎ Ensure adequate sports equipment for each activity on all campuses. Request new equipment for each season in time for all practices and events. Supervise proper sports equipment storage.
∎ Build knowledge of all sports rules and umpiring decisions. Model the Grace spirit of fair and respectful play.
∎ Demonstrate sound relationships with all members of the school community, teaching colleagues, support staff, parents and Board Members.
∎ Actively raise the needs and concerns in Grace Sports through correct channels.
∎ To demonstrate care and concern for children's welfare and provide a happy and secure school environment.
∎ To be an appropriate role model for children in that individual lifestyles reflect an application of Biblical principles. This requires the ability to express individual Christian faith in practical ways.
∎ Encourage children to strive for their personal best in achievement and behaviour in all school activities.
∎ To work cooperatively in a team spirit and support other staff members and take a full part in school activities.
∎ To demonstrate sound relationships with all members of the school community, teaching colleagues, national staff, parents and Board Members.
∎ Where possible to endeavour to keep up to date with professional educational developments.
∎ To be available to help with formulating policy and to assist with the implementation of policies approved by the Grace Board.
∎ To carry out professional and administrative tasks as required by the Principal.
∎ To lead Christian education assemblies on a regular basis.
∎ To maintain both an interesting and challenging classroom environment.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
