∎ Exposure to sustainability and green building standards (e.g., LEED, EDGE)
∎ Certification in Project Management, Quality Assurance, or Construction Safety
∎ Solid understanding of building codes, real estate development processes, construction methodologies, and civil standards
∎ Familiar with QA/QC practices, performance evaluation techniques, and construction management software
∎ Knowledge of ISO standards and local real estate regulatory compliance is essential

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the Site Approvers / Site Associates (SAs) to ensure proper monitoring and documentation of on-site activities.
∎ Communicate with SAs daily, collect and review their reports, and submit consolidated updates to the COO.
∎ Conduct weekly progress review meetings with the COO (both online and offline) to discuss work progress.
∎ Monitor and evaluate construction activities across multiple real estate sites to ensure adherence to project plans, quality benchmarks, and deadlines.
∎ Conduct regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections to verify compliance with civil engineering and structural standards.
∎ Track performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost efficiency, quality metrics, safety compliance, and on-time delivery.
∎ Liaison with site approvers, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure performance alignment and clear communication.
∎ Support the implementation of best practices in quality control, process optimization, and vendor evaluation.
∎ Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Assurance Specialist with a Civil Engineering degree to oversee project execution, ensure construction quality, and maintain compliance across our real estate developments. The ideal candidate will focus on monitoring performance, enhancing quality standards, and driving timely delivery of residential and commercial projects.
