Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Carrying out specific projects and research from time to time.
∎ • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the MD.
∎ • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
∎ • Compile different reports, Business presentation, summarize and submit to MD as required.
∎ • Performing other duties consistent with the level of this position and as advised
∎ • Organizing inter-departmental meetings of MD with department heads.
∎ • To perform any other task assign by the management as and when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ • Only females are allowed to apply
∎ • 1-2 years of experience as assistant to top level management.
∎ • Attractive and physically fit
∎ • High energy able to keep up with heavy workloads
∎ • Must be able to remain calm and courteous under mental pressure
∎ • Superb organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
∎ • Practical knowledge of Office suite, email, internet networking, social networks, video calling
∎ • Any level of programming ability will be a huge positive
∎ • A keen eye on details for accuracy.
∎ • Good time management skills.
∎ • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
