Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets *Organized, punctual, and responsible
∎ Interest in media production is a plus
∎ Must be willing to travel for business purposes if needed

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organized personal assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations and communication.
∎ Handle communication between the CEO and clients (emails, calls, meetings, follow-ups)
∎ Schedule and manage project timelines, meetings, and shoots
∎ Prepare quotations, invoices, and other basic documents
∎ Assist the CEO during shoots and meetings
∎ Maintain and organize equipment (before and after shoots) Requirements:
