Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain the Adviser's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
∎ Act as a liaison between the Adviser's and internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
∎ Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
∎ Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, following up on pending matters.
∎ Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
∎ Maintain an organized filing system and ensure documents are easily accessible.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
∎ Draft official letters, memos, and documents for internal and external use.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures
∎ Develop and maintain close relationship with both existing and potential customers.
∎ Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, following up on pending matters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
