Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
∎ Organize and prioritize correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely responses. Prepare and manage confidential documents, reports, personal tax assessments, and presentations. Making Meeting minutes.
∎ Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes. Ensure all necessary materials and information are available before meetings.
∎ Follow up on action points and tasks assigned during meetings.
∎ Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, and other communications on behalf of the Chairman.
∎ Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation.
∎ Plan and manage events, conferences, and networking engagements for the Chairman.
∎ Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
∎ Ensure all activities align with the company’s policies and standards.
∎ Maintain and organize the Chairman Secretary Office, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment.
