Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Masters in Any Discipline.
∎ BBA/ MBA from any accredited and reputed University.
∎ Preference will be given to those studies in English Medium.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize meetings and ensure that MD's meeting agenda & necessary documents are ready for the meeting.
∎ Maintain Meeting Minutes, agendas as per MD's requirement and instruction.
∎ Maintain & update classified documents in compliance with the set policy guidelines.
∎ Maintain co-ordination/liaison with all business divisions/departments working in
∎ Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right places.
∎ Maintain various types of registers including movement register, documents/parcels receiving registers.
∎ Handling local & foreign visitors and welcome to business partners to meet their business quires with keeping their details and provide information to take messages/notes.
∎ Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
∎ Proper handling of mail management including Courier, office document collection, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the MD, when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 2-3 years' of experience in a reputed National or Multinational organization, in similar position.
∎ Must be proficient in Computer use (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
∎ Must have inter-personal and excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
∎ Must be honest, smart, pro-active, flexible and able to work in pressured environment.
∎ Must have able to prepare/draft official letter both in Bangla & English
∎ Must have ability to type speed Bangla minimum 20 words per minute & English 20 words per minute
∎ Familiar with the use of MS office Application Bengali/English letter drafting.
∎ Candidates should be well conversant in receiving the local & overseas call.
∎ Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with good command.
∎ Manage MD's travel arrangements, both domestic and Overseas.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
