∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in any discipline with sound experience in English.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To will be maintain foreign communicate by verbal & written.
∎ To will be maintain communicate with foreign delegates
∎ Arrange VISA, Air Ticket, Hotel booking in the event of overseas business trip of the Director
∎ Maintain all files, documents, reports etc. of the Director's Office in a very professional way.
∎ Ensure proper placement of all sorts of incoming documents to the Director & disbursement of the same to proper recipients.
∎ Maintain database of all important phone numbers, e-mail address and contact address of important related persons / organizations / institutions / business firms.
∎ Organize meetings of the Director. Also re-organize the meeting if required.
∎ To undertake secretarial and administrative duties, including managing the diary, making travel arrangements and taking minutes at meetings, file and update documents, etc.
∎ Manage the appointments & visitors of the Director professionally.
∎ Check e-mails & timely place the same to the Director and send replies as per directive of the Director
∎ Take notes/ dictations and act as per decisions
∎ Attend phone calls, answer the queries, collect important information & convey messages to the Director, if required.
∎ To provide normal legal information and policies necessary to run company in time and provide assistance for company to act properly.
∎ Analyze different official documents/reports and provide useful feedback to the Director
∎ Any other task assign by authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have worked as Personal Secretary of Director/MD/Chairman for minimum 2 years in reputed corporate offices are only encouraged to apply.
∎ Should be smart, sincere/trustworthy and have a pleasant personality
∎ Should have excellent computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, Internet usage)
∎ Must have knowledge in commercial terms & condition
∎ Must have fluent in English & able to communicate with foreign delegates
∎ Must have typing capacity in Bangle & English.
∎ Should have effective communication skills
∎ Applicant must be patient and regular.
