∎ Training/Trade Course: CSR,CS
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Management, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft word and excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Personnel officer needs to be 24/7 with MD.
∎ Manage meeting schedules, prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
∎ Shall be capable to handle Guests and direct the guest to the right person to meet.
∎ Provide regular feedback/updates on the progress of given assignments.
∎ Remind pending and important issues.
∎ To organize, prepare agenda & taking minutes of Directors/Advisors meetings & circulate the minutes to all concerned.
∎ To organize other Statutory Meetings of NNG, Monitor & assist to implement the meeting decision as well as formulating policies & compliances in connection with Directors/Advisors & necessary circulation
∎ Maintain files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference.
∎ Should be flexible for taking any other tasks to be assigned by the Managing Director.
∎ Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment & taking appropriate action & establishing appropriate control & safeguard.
∎ To maintain all sort of Statutory Books & Register relevant to Secretarial practice as per companies Act.
∎ To ensure various Deeds, Contacts & Agreements are properly framed & comply with law of state.
∎ To try to establish a "Sound Documentation & Filing System" under the Group Company Secretariat.
∎ Must be a polite attitude.
∎ Must have an interest in the job.

∎ Age 27 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
