∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience: At least 2 year(s) in a reputed well known pharmacy
∎ Age: 25 – 35 as on 30.04.2025
∎ Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Should have strong understanding of prescription and non-prescription drugs, proper storage, stalking of drugs, interactions, and appropriate usage of drug.
∎ Patient Counseling: Competent to deliver clear and concise information to patients about their medications, including proper dosage, administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
∎ Dispensing Medications: Capable of accurately and safely prepare and disperse medications based on prescriptions, ensuring quality control and adherence to regulations of gov of Bangladesh.
∎ Communication Skills: Efficient in interaction with patients, healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, medical representatives), and other team members to ensure clear and accurate information exchange.
∎ Collaboration: Should be cordial and ready to work effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude in building rapport with patients and other healthcare professionals, fostering trust and understanding.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange/display all drugs and other products in attractive manner maintaining professional standard
∎ Store and dispense drugs as per pharmacy management procedure in alignment with hospital rules and regulations.
∎ Conduct software based regular inventory of stock & supplies and update stock and store periodically
∎ Place purchase order for drugs to enlisted pharmaceutical companies with approval of Head of Purchase and Procurement each week.
∎ Prepare and update list of drugs in consultation with Medical Coordinator and with OPD consultants.
∎ Oversight and monitor (quantity+price) supply of medicines to IPD patients and ensure that bills are paid before patient get released.
∎ Ensure entry of drugs in the software with QR code and dispense the drug following same procedure.
∎ Ensure deposit of daily cash sale amount to accounts department. Also prepare list of sale via Apps (Bikash).
∎ Take initiatives to increase sale of medicines and other products.
∎ Suggest business/marketing strategies to Management team
∎ About The Hospital: St. John Vianney Hospital is a non-profitable Hospital and governed by the Catholic Archdiocese of Dhaka. The hospital is a 20 bed general hospital with OPD, IPD and other basic health care facilities located in Farmgate, Dhaka. The hospital is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive operation and overall management of its pharmacy in collaboration with medical doctors and other service personnel
