∎ অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিলযোগ্য;
∎ নিজস্ব মোটরবাইক আছে এমন প্রার্থীগন অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন;
∎ ফ্লেবোটমি প্রশিক্ষণপ্রাপ্ত এবং কমপক্ষে ২ বৎসর নমুনা সংগ্রহের(ফ্লেবোটমি) কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা;
∎ স্মার্ট, স্পষ্টভাষী, যোগাযোগ এবং কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা, দায়িত্বশীল;
∎ নির্ভরযোগ্য এবং দলবদ্ধভাবে কাজ করতে সক্ষম;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ স্বনামধন্য সরকারি/বেসরকারি হাসপাতাল, ক্লিনিক, রোগীর বাসা/অফিস ও সম্ভাবনাসূচক ডাক্তারগনের চেম্বার নিয়মিত পরিদর্শন ও নমুনা সংগ্রহ করা ।
∎ স্বাস্থ্যবিধি এবং নিরাপত্তাবিধি অনুসরণ করে নমুনা সংগ্রহ এবং প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ।
∎ পরীক্ষাগারে (ল্যাব) পাঠানোর জন্য যথাযথভাবে নমুনা প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ বিদ্যমান গ্রাহকদের সার্বিক সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক অর্পিত সকল দায়িত্ব সঠিকভাবে পালন করা।
∎ কাজের ক্ষেত্র: অফিস ও ফিল্ড;
