∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should be presentable and well groomed.
∎ Should Have Knowledge about Vacutainer.
∎ Preparing patients before drawing blood.
∎ Draws and collects blood samples according to Guidelines.
∎ Matching patient receipt with the prescription before sample collection.
∎ Draw the blood in appropriate container in correct quantity.
∎ Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing according to protocol.
∎ Maintains, cleans, and sterilizes equipment, instruments, and work area following safety, cleanliness, and infection control procedures.
∎ Acknowledgment of samples & maintain the data of the Phlebotomy.
∎ Ensure patient paperwork is filled out correctly, and necessary information is captured at time of order.
∎ Make ready Samples for processing at Lab.
∎ Maintain relationship with existing customer.
∎ Any other duties assigned by authority.
∎ Must have experience in collecting samples from home or office.
∎ Helping nervous or frightened patients remain calm during blood draws.
∎ Ability to collect samples from various types of patients (such as Baby/ children, elderly, pregnant women) and make them feel comfortable.
∎ Having own bike will add an advantage to the candidate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the Phlebotomist position will add value.
∎ Candidates who has own bike along with the mentioned experience will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
