Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma (Vocational)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visualize content for multiple platforms such as social media, emails, websites and print with thorough understanding of branding principles.
∎ Build and execute social media strategy through research, platform selection, target audience identification and messaging.
∎ Planning & designing and uploading Social Media Marketing & promotional items using various designing tools such as - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint.
∎ Monitoring performance of social media content by preparing and evaluating analytics.
∎ Finding innovative ideas and solutions to enhance social media engagement.
∎ Creating visual and informative university profiles.
∎ Generate periodic reports on analytics and recommend improvements on web pages, social media content, email marketing, strategy, etc.
∎ Have the ability to work online and offline as university requires.
∎ Experience in video content creation.
∎ Design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Continuous study of social media trends and design from all social media assets including photography, and videography

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must know how to operate the DSLR camera in manual mode.
∎ Must have experience in professional photography and videography of various events and programs at the university.
∎ Excellent writing skills in English and Bangla (both) for social media, infographics, email marketing and blog articles.
∎ Basic proficiency in design principles like typography, composition, scale, color theory, and an advanced knowledge of how those principles work together.
∎ Strong desire to learn new skills and learn best practices.
∎ Creative and innovative personality with growth mindset and desire to learn new tools.
∎ Tools Requirements: Google Suites, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint.
