∎ Drive profitability through strategic planning initiatives.
∎ Generate ROI reports and other financial analyses to assess business performance.
∎ Analyze business opportunities and prepare proposals to capitalize on them.
∎ Keep management informed about the current business situation through detailed reports and presentations.
∎ Develop key metrics, operational strategies, and tools to enhance business efficiency.
∎ Conduct regional business reviews and develop cycle execution plans
∎ Oversee competition activity and macroeconomic trends to evaluate potential impacts on business and prioritize opportunities.
∎ Provide business recommendations to identify opportunity hubs and craft new strategies for business growth.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation related to business proposals, reports, and presentations.
∎ Planning in budget and expense tracking for sales planning and development initiatives.
∎ Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams as needed, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
