Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Garden & Landscape Design: Plan and design aesthetic, functional, and eco-friendly green spaces for the company’s plantation projects.
∎ Plantation & Greenery Management: Oversee the plantation and maintenance of trees, plants, and eco-friendly landscapes, ensuring proper growth and care.
∎ Sustainable Gardening Practices: Implement environmentally sustainable gardening techniques, including soil improvement, pest control, and water conservation.
∎ Project Coordination: Manage the planning and execution of projects such as Panda Plantation, GNF Green Project, Lida, Liz, and other green initiatives.
∎ Team Supervision: Guide and train workers in plantation techniques, garden maintenance, and seasonal care of plants.
∎ Pest & Disease Management: Identify and treat plant diseases and pest infestations to maintain healthy landscapes.
∎ Equipment & Resource Management: Ensure the proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment.
∎ Budget: Managing budgets, procuring gardening supplies, and maintaining landscaping equipment.
