Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure Plaza's smooth daily operations
∎ Achievement of Sales Target
∎ Hire Sales Management
∎ To maintain of Customer Relations & Development
∎ Active Participation in Social Media for Sales Generation and development.
∎ Make & Execute the plan for increasing Foot-fall in Plaza.
∎ Maintaining Plaza's Merchandising and display of products in plaza.
∎ Plaza Administration and discipline.
∎ Plan & facilitate retail sales promotion for retail electronics product
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electronics Showroom, Plaza of any reputed organization.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Automobiles industry.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
∎ Excellent Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
∎ Customer orientation.
∎ Good knowledge on electronics products and their services.
∎ Good knowledge on computer application including MS word and excel
∎ Good Leadership skill.
