Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the garment/textile industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of PMS (Production Management System) and quality control methodologies.
∎ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and quality management software.
∎ Good understanding of compliance requirements in RMG (Ready-Made Garments) sector.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct in-line and final inspections of products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
∎ Monitor the production process and implement quality control measures.
∎ Work closely with the production and technical teams to resolve quality issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with international quality standards, client requirements, and product safety regulations.
∎ Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation for audits.
∎ Identify areas of improvement in the manufacturing process and recommend solutions.
∎ Assist in training and mentoring junior QA staff as required.
∎ Participate in the development and enforcement of company-wide quality policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Monitor product safety measures and contribute to policy creation to ensure safe and compliant production processes.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive actions.
∎ Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and shipment quality checks.
