∎ Must be having a retail experiences.
∎ Workplace: Work at our Any Branch in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle cash, Bank Card Payment or Any other Digital transactions with customers
∎ Scan goods and collect payments from customers
∎ Ensure pricing is correct what you have Scanned
∎ Issue change or exchange, check money receipts or other receipts
∎ Maintain Advance Collection
∎ Redeem Gift Card and coupons
∎ Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate, report it to branch manager or in-charge
∎ Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
∎ Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
∎ Scan bag items carefully with selling goods
∎ Match the product with the money receipt and carefully fill the bag
∎ Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
∎ Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
∎ Keep reports of every transactions
∎ Process returns and check to see if items are damaged
∎ Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue
∎ Bag, box or wrap packages
∎ Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
∎ Have to maintain Social Media communication
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Skilled In English (Reading & Writing), Proper Computer Operating, Knowledge of Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store
