∎ Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in PPIC/SCM, including at least 4 years in a pharmaceutical company.
∎ Must have working knowledge of SAP ERP (PP/MM modules) in a production environment.
∎ Strong understanding of production planning, material flow, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
∎ Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP-based data analysis/reporting.
∎ Experience handling new product launches, campaign fulfilment, and expiry risk reduction.
∎ Familiarity with GMP, DGDA guidelines, and quality assurance processes.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
∎ Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
∎ Deep knowledge of cost accounting process with ability to understand, communicate, and deliver complex reporting requirements specific to the client.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Planning: Develop and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production plans based on demand forecasts using SAP PP module.
∎ Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of raw and packaging materials; manage replenishment through SAP MM.
∎ Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Forecast material needs and ensure timely procurement in collaboration with the Procurement team.
∎ Capacity & Scheduling: Plan and allocate production capacity and batch schedules based on available resources and equipment.
∎ SAP Operations: Create and manage production orders, BOM, routing, and inventory postings in SAP.
∎ Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, QA/QC, Warehouse, and Marketing to align priorities and timelines.
∎ New Product Launch: Coordinate planning and materials for timely rollout of new products.
∎ Inventory Optimization: Analyse stock levels, minimize expiry/obsolescence, and identify improvement opportunities.
∎ Supplier Management: Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging components.
∎ Reporting: Generate reports on inventory, production progress, stock movement, and planning KPIs.
∎ Quality & Compliance: Monitor quality parameters of materials and coordinate release processes with QA.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PPIC professional with SAP expertise to join our Supply Chain Management team. The role involves production planning, inventory control, and coordination using SAP ERP, supporting efficient supply chain and production workflows in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
