Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing communications plans, activities, and materials that support the roll-out of external and internal communications initiatives, campaigns, and key calendar events by identifying and producing high-quality communications content.
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.
∎ Develop a process for tracking environmental and social issues including regular updates to key internal stakeholders.
∎ Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics and establish and maintain effective relationships with government regulatory authority.
∎ Work with key internal partners, primarily Group Risk Management and Corporate Communications, to assess the impact of emerging environmental and social issues.
∎ Develop recommendations for communications, risk management strategies and business opportunities.

∎ Managing daily, weekly, and monthly agenda, and arranging meetings and appointments of Managing Director, and updating him regularly.
∎ Remind all agendas relating to any type of trip, visits, meeting fixation/cancellation, documents preparation/ submission, mail communication, and summarize discussions effectively.
∎ Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
