Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Specialized professional and/or formal education in school administration, instructional leadership, or educational leadership is highly preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Curriculum/ Program Development, Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Teaching/ Training, TOT (Training of Teachers)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
College, School
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day school operations
∎ Manage school logistics and budgets
∎ Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curriculum.
∎ Monitor and report on teacher’s performance.
∎ Present data from school performance to board members.
∎ Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching.
∎ Interview and hire school personnel
∎ Review and implement school policies
∎ Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
∎ Dealing with students and parents.
∎ Handle emergencies and school crises
∎ Organize school events and assemblies
∎ Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules)
∎ Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Teaching and administrative experience as a Principal/Vice-Principal with reputed school/ College.
∎ Experience in a leadership/ managerial capacity.
∎ At least 10 years’ experience in similar position in Bangla/English-medium National/International curriculum.
∎ Familiar with educational requirements in South Asia, (specifically in Bangladesh)
∎ Evidence of leadership abilities (successful projects, program accomplishments, etc.).
∎ S/He should familiar with school operating software.
Salary: Negotiable
