Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
∎ Applicants from Engineering background will be given preference.
∎ PMP Certificate is required.

∎ Strong knowledge of business process modeling, re-engineering techniques and tools like (Visio, Lucid etc).
∎ Experience working across multiple functions or in a group company setup is a plus.
∎ Preferably with Project Management Certification, Data analysis proficiency and working skill in different ERP system.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
∎ Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
∎ Experience in ERP implementation in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procurement, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Finance, HR, and others.
∎ Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and pain points in current workflows.
∎ Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather input, map processes (As-Is and To-Be), and document procedures.
∎ Design optimized process models using best practices, automation opportunities, and lean principles.
∎ Recommend and implement improvements in collaboration with functional leaders and IT teams.
∎ Develop detailed process documentation including SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices, and performance indicators.
∎ Establish measurement criteria and KPIs to monitor the success of process changes.
∎ Facilitate workshops, training, or change management activities related to process improvements.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and apply relevant tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, BPMN, Lean, etc.) to process enhancement initiatives.
∎ Support business transformation or digitalization initiatives related to process efficiency.
∎ We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Process Specialist to join our Group team. The Process Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and redesigning existing business processes across multiple departments and functions within the group companies. The goal is to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, improve productivity, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
