Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing new project development & operational activity(WHAP Operating Unit).
∎ Process Development for Washing Machine.
∎ Develop new process & hand over new product to production.
∎ New project development & machine installation for Washing Machine.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for overall project development.
∎ Manufacturing problem analysis & various development report generation.
∎ Overseeing washing machine production process.
∎ Process optimization and waste reduction.
∎ Evaluate and optimize the current production process and reduced process loss.
∎ Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
∎ Assembly line standardization.
∎ Tools, Fixture and Machine development.
∎ Make process flow chart for assembly process.
∎ Prepare documentation and standard operating instruction for technical problem.
∎ Ensure on time project task completion.
∎ Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
