Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ The employee should be able to purchase raw materials in cash and Credit in proportion to production requirements.
∎ Must have at least 2 years of experience in Feed industries.
∎ Must have contact with local suppliers.
∎ Must have experience in checking the quality of raw materials.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare purchase orders for suppliers, Send purchase orders to the suppliers.
∎ Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly purchase reports to the management.
∎ Prepare the supplier's evaluation report before order confirmation.
∎ Prepare comparative statements and take approval from Management.
∎ Monitor deliveries against the orders.
∎ Track the status of purchase orders.
∎ Receive and check the invoice.
∎ Collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions from the concerned department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Speaking the English language is mandatory.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Inter-personal communication skills.
∎ Should Have Knowledge of Documentation & File Management.
∎ Should Have Knowledge Bangladesh poultry industry.
