∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management will be preferred, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Baipail, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka. / Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhaka.
∎ Willingness to work in a factory environment.
∎ Those who do not meet the requirements need not apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sourcing potential suppliers and communicate with suppliers to ensure quality standards, lead-time & delivery schedule for new projects.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
∎ Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
∎ Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
∎ Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
∎ Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformance.
∎ Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
∎ Dealing with international suppliers & follow up with them for on-time delivery.
∎ To execute and make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health and Safety are being compiled.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by the immediate supervisor.
