∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Experience in Adobe Programs, Figma, XD, Sketchapp (Latest Version), and other design-related software.
∎ In-depth knowledge of user-centric design processes and usability principles.
∎ Good expertise in design skills, including the effective use of color, form, and composition.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
∎ Good English communication skills (especially reading and comprehending skills)
∎ Own visual experience design of a product/project completely.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate requirements into quick concepts.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
∎ Identify new product improvement opportunities.
∎ Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
∎ Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
∎ Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
∎ Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
∎ Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
∎ Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
∎ Developing creative solutions and interaction design concepts for mobile and web-based solutions.
∎ Fully own the design process end-to-end from wireframes to prototyping to ultimately final designs.
∎ Developing deep empathy for our users and their needs that informs all aspects of your work and enables you to create simple, beautiful solutions across web and mobile platforms.
∎ Always fulfilling the requirements & completing the respected job within the deadline.
