Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with fashion designers and buyers to understand product briefs.
∎ Translate design concepts into tangible garment samples.
∎ Assist in developing tech packs, specifications, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
∎ Coordinate the creation of development samples and prototypes.
∎ Communicate with vendors/factories for timely sample delivery.
∎ Source appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories based on product needs.
∎ Maintain relationships with mills and suppliers.
∎ Ensure product samples meet quality and brand standards.
∎ Stay updated on fashion trends, materials, and consumer preferences.
