∎ Qualifications:
∎ Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in garment product development, preferably in woven and denim categories.
∎ Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and washing techniques.
∎ Experience interpreting buyer tech packs and translating them into development actions.
∎ Proficiency in tools such as Excel and WFX (or other PLM/ERP systems).
∎ Strong communication and coordination skills.
∎ Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to handle multiple developments simultaneously.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review buyer tech packs and development briefs to prepare sample requests and execution plans.
∎ Coordinate with fabric and trim sourcing teams to ensure correct materials are available for sample development.
∎ Support wash and fit development by collaborating with wash technicians and the technical team.
∎ Ensure timely execution of samples according to buyer deadlines and internal TNA schedules.
∎ Track the status of samples in development and maintain records in WFX and other internal systems.
∎ Work closely with the sample room to ensure construction details and design specifications are accurately followed.
∎ Assist in the preparation and organization of seasonal collections and sample presentations.
∎ Communicate with buyers on sample queries, clarifications, and updates as required.
∎ Support cost analysis and feasibility assessments for new developments.
∎ Maintain strong collaboration across departments to ensure smooth product development flow.
