Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop product manual and providing training, product knowledge, direction to the sales team and doctor to ensure that they are well equipped with scientific and communication skills both.
∎ Generate new ideas for developing promotional materials for assigned products
∎ Monitor the competitors' marketing and sales promotional strategies and submit report regularly.
∎ Provide required inputs in the process of a new product development and to bring changes (if required) on the existing products.
∎ Monitor prescriptions and sales of assigned products.
∎ Undertake all activities regarding new product launching on branch.
∎ Prepare result oriented marketing strategies of assigned Brands.
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing/ developing promotional activities.
∎ Developing and updating product related resource materials and provide training to the field/ Branch colleagues.
∎ Monitor and measure the outcome of sales and prescription of assigned products.
∎ Prepare various reports on the performance of the products regularly.
∎ Carry out different type of analysis like profitability analysis and sales trend analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Smart, self-motivated with very good interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work and liaise with cross-functional teams.
∎ Team building.
∎ Forecasting and visionary approach.
∎ Sales management and leadership skills.
∎ Good academic background and sound professional knowledge
∎ Duty time 11 am to 8pm, weekly 6 days
Salary:
∎ 3,00,000- 4,20,000 (Yearly)
