∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ •Able to make a sample pc. It means can run all the sewing machine.
∎ •Production follow-up & Set up every morning target.
∎ •To Prepare Production plan for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) and giving instruction to the line In-charge & supervisors.
∎ • Able to control the Man -Machine - Materials- Method & Money.
∎ • Able to do the Pre-Production meeting and Layout for launching new orders.
∎ •Able to ensure quality right first time.
∎ • Hourly production flow up & ability to increase efficiency.
∎ • Order follow -up from Cutting to Export.
∎ • Able to do the Production Planning.
∎ • Good communication skill (English & Bangla).
∎ • Labor management development & build up relationship with workers thus it helps to increase productivity & on time delivery.
∎ • Lean activities, time study, motion study & others method apply for increase productivity.
∎ •Follow up 5s,Reduce Wastage & ensuring quality product (QA).
∎ • To follow the principle of cost-minimizing.
∎ • To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
∎ • If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line-chief and take necessary action immediately.
∎ • To keep the factory neat, clean, and in hygienic condition.
∎ • To manage technical and proper production line of Knit Garments.
∎ • Identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing lines as and when required.
∎ • To Analyze line performance based on work efficiency, man to machine ratio and cost/pieces and plan for continuous improvement.
∎ •Looking after Operation and Maintenance.
∎ •Maintain Safety-oriented /wear proper Personal Protective Equipment and all the required compliance parameters.
∎ •To control and effectively manage all the section in operations as necessary and ensure the safety and quality to give instruction or advice.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
