Graphic Design (Computer Aided)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and lead the graphic designing team
∎ Delegate job responsibilities among junior team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline
∎ Complete the project work within the timeline and estimated budget
∎ Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide best quality of services
∎ Train and mentor junior designers and entry-level entrants
∎ Suggest new ways of improving the quality of services and other project issues
∎ Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 4 years of experience in graphic designing
∎ Expert in Adobe Photoshop. Don't apply if you are not.
∎ Be ready to work overtime. Don't apply if you are not.
∎ HAVE AN ATTITUDE TO WORK IN NIGHT SHIT IF REQUIRED
∎ Our shift is for 9 hours. Don't apply if you have problem with that.

∎ - Retouching
∎ - Liquify & Symmetrical Neck Joins
∎ - Image masking
∎ - Drop shadow
∎ - Ghost mannequin
∎ - Color Change
∎ - Vector conversion
∎ Excellent creative and innovative skills
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills
∎ Strong project management and organizational skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client, partner and internal team at different levels in the organization
∎ Must be detail oriented and well organized
∎ Strong delegation power
∎ Excellent salesmanship skills
∎ Ability to use strong analytical and artistic approach to solve complex issues
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
