Job Responsibilities:
∎ Utilize cost-benefit analytical techniques in improving operational efficiency.
∎ To control the wastage % of the factory to a minimum level.
∎ Develop & implementation of production schedule that meets need of marketing team and ensures safety stock of raw materials, Packaging Materials & finished goods to meet the market demand & make sure proper & timely distribution process.
∎ Prepare & implement monthly & yearly production plan and budget to communicate with sales & Marketing Division to monitor and supervise sale order, purchase and stock of raw materials in a timely manner.
∎ Work closely with QC team, provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the factory, and Screening, recruiting, and training new factory.
∎ Make sure to packing, labeling & coding are being done as per specification.
∎ Develop new product concept as per market demand & ensure CIP is done properly prior to the product.
